it is true that the windows are at a better height for the pax on the CRJ 700 and -900s.
it´s interesting that Bombardier has contacted some of its CRJ customers about an interest in the so-called CRJ 500, which would be of the same length like the CRJ 100 and -200, but would incorporate the CRJ 700/900´s wing thus provide more range.
in addition, it would also have the lowered floor.
however, Lufthansa CityLine, which is among Bombardiers prime CRJ customers is not interested at all in the so-called CRJ 500, which is still only on the drawing-boards.
