Yes, Alitalia have a few.

I dumped at the gybe mark in strong winds when I looked up at a Porter Q400 on finals. Can't stop spotting.

Yyz717 is correct- AZ is the only airline operating the MD-11 combi, although half the MD-11 fleet is the all passenger version.
