Type Ratings

Thu Nov 29, 2001 8:06 am

I was wondering if in the U.S. you should get a 737 type rating before you apply/interview for a major airline and where can you get it? Im not actually trying to apply for anything and I was just curious. Thanks.

Probably the USAF, with their T-43s. Other than that, I don't know of any other. Regards.

Also the USN has C-40s (73G). Sorry, forgot all about them. Regards.
