In it it shows that GO have received permission to fly to Prague from Bristol,Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Wot are they one?
Only Bristol will really make any money in my opinion. Wot do ther rest of you think?

Well, the great thing about the low-fare airlines is that they seem to be able to create a market for these flights, where previously no such market existed (but the potential was there to be exploited).

I don't see why GO shouldn't offer more and more flights to places such as Prague, and from regional airports.

The only problem is that GO should really try to lower their fares a bit more, as they can be very expensive. They have lots of great offers, but a random booking is still likely to be more expensive than with airlines such as Buzz and Ryanair.

Nevertheless, I do think they could expand to serve Euro destinations from places such as EDI, GLA etc.

They just need to get their marketing up & running (which they are very good at-ever heard the GO theme tune?-very interesting!)

Regards

I would certainly consider going to Prague from Glasgow now with Go whereas I would never have gone before.

More like what are you on?

Glasgow and Edinburgh are two of the UK's leading cities in terms of tourism, business and urban population. I'm sure the people of Prague would delight in seeing the Edinburgh Festival or the Glasgow Science Centre - and remember Glasgow can support scheduled services as diverse as Vancouver and Malta. If Go launch a Bristol service, the question in the Czech Republic will be...Where?

I think lots of people are traveling from PRG to Britain...BA used to operates in here with 67s and 57s. I think the demand is there, and that GO will profit from the venture.

go are currently operating 3 flights a day from STN, in the summer time table this goes to 2 flights a day, so something is going on.
I have also noticed that in March 2002 go increase flights fom STN to ALC to 3 flights a day. does this mean they get a new plane in March?

Go should start flying from Dublin to Prague The CSA route is very popular and a bit of competition would be a good thing .
