MIA & FLL Photo Ops.

Sun Dec 02, 2001 8:18 am

Drove by both airports last week. Saw that FLL's holes are gone and, despite several cars in the lot, no one seemed to be there for pictures. MIA wasn't much better, got kicked out of the fenced lot adjacent to rwy 12 (not the customs lot, the one further SE) by Metro-Dade while eating lunch. Is the party over ?
My definition of cool ? Not trying so hard to be cool.

Falcon...

I was at FLL for spotting on Nov.23 and noticed that the holes were gone too...what are people gonna do, point Stinger missiles through them??????? Spotting is a harmless activity and taking away the holes doesnt do anything...although I noticed a cop drove by every ten minutes or so just to see if things were ok...
