Peanuts have been withdrawn long ago from airline service because of the high risk of choking.

Qantas have hundreds of packets of peanuts on every 747 but the mixed nuts in United international First are nicer.

Delta Air Lines Trail Mix and a whole can of Ginger Ale. That is what I call a Premium Beverage Service.

My Favorite In-Flight Snack is the ever so famous:

BISCOFF COOKIES. Those things are SOOOOOOOOO Delicious. http://www.biscoff.com

I also like jetBlue's TERRA BLUES http://www.terrachips.com

BTW: Southwest still serves Peanuts as their in-flight snack. But they also serve Raisins as an Alternative.

ANA gives out that spicy soy-covered rice snack stuff. I like it.

My favorite was the UA pretzel and cheese mix which has become very rare. They now have this awful Savory Ranch mix. ewwwww!

I also like the selection of snacks on SkyWest Airlines including their own take on the Delta snack mix.

Blueberry muffins from American Airlines!

Otherwise trail mix snacks or just plain ol peanuts on any other airline.
Its better to be on the ground wishing you were in the air than be in the air wishing you were on the ground. Fly safe!

On Cathay in first, we have a really nice Barbequed Duck on vermicelli soup noodles as a snack. Up in the cockpit we get samosas, fruit, cheese, bagels, caviar as well as the little snacks. For those, we have peanuts, honey roasted cashew nuts (Keeps changing), and the best of all, little packets of very addictive pretzels, made by Union Snack Ltd. Very very yummy!!

On my latest flight on Continental, at around breakfast time, they served a very nice, spicy muffin. It seemed to be comprised of some combination of apple/carrot/golden raisin/banana. It may have had walnuts in it too. They gave us seconds, too!  Smile This, along with whatever we wanted to drink. They had good orange juice as well.

For a lunchtime snack, Continental serves nice carrot sticks. Big grin

BTW, last March, America West still had peanuts in its trail mix. And, I thought peanuts were supposed to be disappearing because of alergies, not because of choking??

"The Spinzel buttery pretzels on Northwest are VERY GOOD!"

I second that...What was cool was we were delayed leaving MSP last weekend because of the snow, so the f/a's handed out 4 to each passenger  Laugh out loud
