After an overall analysis, like in-flight service, type of aircraft used, frequency, destination offers in the area, hub positioning / beyond-hub connecting options, tradition, etc I would say it is Air France.
The fastest way to become a millionaire in the airline business is to start as a billionaire.

the best airline in terms of service, punctuality, and destinations served in north africa, would have to be Air France because it serves every country in North Africa except Algeria for obvious reasons. i know for sure that it has at least 6 or 7 daily flights betweed Pairs CDG and Casablanca, as well as to other cities in Morocco, i know that they also serve two or three destinations in Tunisia, and i think that they begun flying to Tripoli, and as for Egpyt, i think they have had a dailty flight to Cairo for years now.

hope this helps,

I recall hearing that AF is going to restart service to Algeria.
