I also fly out of TUS and PHX often enough. At Tucson it is strictly a turn and burn affair. After push back, especially if you are taking off on 11L, it takes just a minute or two to taxi to the runway... then power up and go. Once my flight was significantly delayed, so I got on the much delayed earlier flight... after door closure we sat for 20 mins, taxied slowly and held for another 10. Such delays, as this one was, was for a groundhold at PHX.
At Sky Harbor depending on which runway is used and which gate area you are leaving from makes a big difference. If you are leaving from the HP gates in Terminal 4 and departing 7L it will take a while to get there.
The longest taxi I can remember would be at ORD... leaving the C concourse, taxying all the way around the terminal complex and out to 14L.
Plus I have spent a few times in a long taxi queue for runway 15L at IAH... once the finish the widening and lengthening project on the parallel runway that should speed up departures there.
