Alitalia's Long-haul Flight

Does ALL Alitalia's long-haul flight operated by Alitalia TEAM?

Cause it seems like Alitalia always have a special title "TEAM" to their international long-haul destinations.

Most, but not all.
The 747's (half to be retired very soon) do not carry "TEAM" titles.

To the US, yes, all six long-hauls are operated by Alitalia TEAM. Which surprises me. I figured MIA, BOS, and LAX would be TEAM cities, but why JFK and ORD? It is my understanding that TEAM is a subsidiary of Alitalia that operates leisure oriented routes more efficiently, or at least that is what I have been told.

This is strange - On Delta's website, all of the codeshared Alitalia 747 flights have aircraft type listed as "unknown." (MXP-JFK, and MXP-MIA)

"Team" division functions as an internal cost-cutting unit (different crew pay rates). The goal is to incorporate most of the company's flying into TEAM at which point the titles will be removed.
