If Canada3000 Were Still Here

Sun Dec 16, 2001 3:44 pm

If Canda3000 was still gracing the skies, it might have changed thier (IMO qiute boring livery) to something with a bit of zest, something like this perhaps....

Any thoughts?

Well, my first thought would have to be that, only two weeks ago, this exact topic came up, with this EXACT picture. That thread was started by the creator of the picture, whom you have not credited!

Next flight.... who knows.

Actually king I don't know, but yes, I see a lot of those. I think some might be available on the manufacturer's website. But you may want to e-mail puck (the guy who made that, if you can find his addy in his profile in the other thread, or on his website. I believe he also had a beautiful RAM fantasy scheme online tonight.

By the Rwy31R I'm very sorry, I've been VERY rude this evening and that was not a very nice post on my part. sorry!
Next flight.... who knows.

Here's the original page with a few more renderings:

http://perso.wanadoo.fr/puck/C3.html

Dash8King, both Boeing and Airbus publish vector-based airplane images you can use as a base for starting to play:
http://www.airbus.com/aux_services/drawings.asp
http://www.boeing.com/assocproducts/aircompat/
under 'Download three-view drawings'
You'll need a decent vector-based image program, like Adobe Illustrator, to open them.

Cheers,
puck

Dash8King You can always download them from site such as Puck mentions or you can scan them and start from there but if you really want sharp quality drawings (and you have that bit of an "artist" in you), then I suggest you get Adobe Illustrator: http://www.adobe.com/products/illustrator/main.html and give it your best shot. It's the best there is, used by all graphic designers, for Mac or PC.

That liver is to inovative and imaginative for the likes of Canada 3000, it would not have suited the companies mentality.

hey Jean...
ahhh, dont worry about that, I guess I should have done a better search before I post it. Thanx for your reply and profesionalizm.

I agree with Slawko. A bit too much, more of an asian up-grade.

Thanx puck for your contributions, hope you dont mind us posting your images.  Smile

Actually I like the colours, would have been a nice ROOTSair Livery, but it is to imaginative for the likes of Angus.
