Airline Leadership

What airline in your opinion has the best leadership? I think that Southwest and Continental are probable the best, at least in the United States.

Greetings:

Even with the problems American is having I still think Don Carty is one of the best leaders out there. Anyone that saves 20,000 jobs (i.e TWA) is ok in my book. Yes I know they layed off alot of people but just think how bad it would be if all 20,000 TWA employee's were out of jobs.
