Info About KLM/CO

Tue Jan 01, 2002 10:44 pm

Which route will klm get in the usa not already being served by NWA
KLM will be better off with cosharing routes being served by CO in south america because CO presence in south america is quite big where KLM is quite weak.
the other way around what would be CO routes served by KLM in europe and africa.

thx

The codeshare CO on KLM flights will be (someone please correct me if I'm wrong): Geneva, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Copenhagen, Istanbul and Vienna. Moreover, in the furure CO plans also include KLM flights to/from Africa and the Middle East.

KLM will put its prefix on flights to/from the southwest and I've been told that the codeshare agreement also include Mexico and other destinations in Central America (like Panama). However I'm not sure if that's true.

KLM and CO will base their code-sharing around KL and CO nonstop flights linking Newark with Amsterdam and on the existing IAH-AMS KLM flight and a new CO one, that begins in May 2002.
