BMI Agreement Getting Near?

Tue Jan 08, 2002 10:03 am

I found this while browsing BMI's site:

http://www.flybmi.com/presscentre/currentpr.asp?Job=View&ArticleID=223&Page=./index.asp

This has probably been discussed already. If it has, well then I'm sorry.  Smile

Anyways, it says that they are getting ready to launch LHR transatlantic service this year.

Does this mean they are reaching an agreement regarding the Bermuda II?

Anyone have anymore details?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Regards.

Wishful thinking on BMI's part maybe. With all the recent disagreements between the US and the UK and the ongoing arguments over BA's link up with AA, I'm not sure we'll see an Open Skies agreement or even a renegotiated Bermuda II in the particularly near future.
