From today's ATWOnline:

Sobelair unions BBTK and ACLVB filed a request with the Brussels Commercial Court to have the airline's management replaced by a temporary director. A hearing is scheduled for Jan. 17. The unions said they have no confidence in the current management, which wants to cut salaries by 30% to keep the charter subsidiary of defunct Sabena alive as an independent company or under a new owner. Management said it expects a formal bid for the airline by Jan. 15 from an unnamed suitor, believed to be TUI.
