Best Way To Iad?

Sat Jan 12, 2002 10:47 am

I'm looking at going to Washington DC sometime next month. I have a $200 (U.S.) travel voucher with AA. My closest airport is YVR. I'm wondering, is it better to fly through DFW to IAD, or to start at SEA and travel through STL? If anyone has done any of these routes, I'd be happy to hear any opinions. I usually do all my flying with Air Canada, and would be interested to hear about AA.
thanks

Go to DFW first. Then take a connecting flight to Miami. From Miami, you can get a direct AA flight to IAD.

Enjoy your trip!

Why does Miami factor into this? SEA-DFW-IAD

AA can get your from YVR to IAD,
via connection in DFW. That's the best
way to go...

Don't know if you have any snow in
YVR area, but if you do, please bring
some to DC... we've had a warm, snow-less
winter and it's just not right...

yeah, going through DFW probably wouldn't be too bad. Unfortunately no snow up here, it rarely snows, just rains for most of the year.
