What's This On The 747?

What is this?(I mean that little hole right at the base of the tail)

It's the APU air inlet door.

DeltaShuttle,

As Navion said, it is the APU inlet. Same location on the 777, 757, and 767. You may not have seen them because they only open while the APU is running.

The 737 has it forward and slightly below the right horizontal sabilizer, and the 727s is located in the right main gear wheel well.
