N736DY - Delta L-1011-250

Wed Jan 30, 2002 4:18 am

On May 15, 2000, N736DY was ferried out to Victorsville. Can someone tell me the subsequent fate of this aircraft?

The aircraft was sold to Hewa Bora Airways of the Democratic Republic of Congo and is in service with that company.

Please search the airliners.net photo database to see some pictures of ex N736DY at Liege, Belgium.

Was the aircraft ever placed back in service with Delta after 15May2000, or was this the last date that the plane flew as a Delta aircraft?

J,

None of Delta's L-1011s was reactivated once being stored.
