If you're talking about Tel Aviv (TLV) I don't think it was Southwest. Maybe the Air Slovakia 737-200 in Southwest livery?

I do recall seeing some small airline based in the former Yugoslavia using 737s that were previously owned by Southwest. I'm not sure of their name but they never painted over the old Southwest scheme.

It is indeed Air Slovakia. They have two scheduled flights per week from BTS to TLV. For more info see my reply in the 737-200s in Europe thread.
