Ships 6302-6310 should all end up meeting the scrapper (all in excess of 100,000 flight hours and at least 27 years old), but not before Delta salvages anything that can be salvaged for Delta Material Services (its MRO division). Delta also bought some ex-SQ and KE 747-400s for their parts as well. Ship 6311, 6312, and 6316 are leased (I believe from Citibank) and it will be up to Citibank to decide what to do with those frames, while ships 6313-15 could be sold back to Boeing, who could then install fuel inerting and convert them to freighters as there is still a Boeing 747 freighter market.
