BA doesn’t need to fly to CLT because of the JV. AA serves CLT-LHR with 2 daily year round A333s It wouldn’t make sense for BA to add a flight too Charlotte for that exact reason.

As for EI possibly adding CLT, that’s a no brainer imo. I can’t tell you how many last minute dummy booking I’ve done from CLT-DUB to see a fully packed A332. Of course, I don’t need a lecture into how many of those PAX were connecting compared to O/D. Considering the route started on a 752 and now it’s on an A332 and sometimes a -300 says something.

I don’t think we’ll see EI in CLT until they receive the A321 LRs though.
