Reservations With AA/TWA

Sun Mar 17, 2002 11:16 am

I am in the USA, and i am flying to ST louis on the 27th of march. i have reserved with Americans airlines but the E-ticket said that it is operated by TWA. my questions is

1- Am I right, that TWA dont have any check in counters any more? and that i should check regularly with American Airlines?

2- now, does TWA coach has the same Coach as American Airlines? or still the same as old TWA?

thanks

Check in with American Airlines. The flight is operated by TWA, but everything is handled by American except the crews on the airplane.

TWA interiors remain "different" from American, but More-Room-Throughout-Coach has been installed in the entire fleet.

No more TWA counters....Check in at AA
All former TWA aircraft have More Room Through Coach.
Actual seating layouts on aircraft models are not the same though.

For instance TWA's 757's have a different layout than AA's 757's.

The last remaining symbol of TWA are the aircraft than have yet to be repainted in AA colors.

Fly_emirates-

If you do not look suspicious and answer the customs agent's questions honestly and cleanly, you should be okay.
If you are flying into an airport like LAX, ORD,MIA or JFK, you should definately be okay. The customs agents at those airports know the classic profiles of suspicious people and they know who they are looking for.

Trust me about ORD and JFK, I have cleared customs at both of those airports.
