Does anyone live in an aviation community or know someone who does? What is it like?

Thanks

My pop's thinking about building a house on Mallard's Landing in Atlanta.

The first residential airpark in the world was built here in Fresno. Sierra Sky Park is now surrounded by other subdivisions, but the airpark still is in operation. Pilot homeowners taxi out of their driveway, down the street and onto the runway every morning.

You can find some photos and other info at the local EAA chapter site showing life in Sierra Sky Park
