Malev, Hungary, has ordered two CRJ200ER for delivery in June and July 2002 and has taken options on 6 additional CRJs. Initial destinations will be in the Ukraine, Romania and other Balkan states.

Do you think that the introduction of the CRJ will mark the end for the F70 in Malev's fleet. Seems logical that Malev will replace the F70 with the CRJ700 in the near future to achieve a high degree of fleet stadardisation.

Last spring (I think) Malev said that they wanted to replace it's F70's with 4 ATR 72 and 2 B 737-400 aircraft.
