Can anyone really stand to look at this thing? I feel sorry for the 737s that have to wear it, and the Union Jack riding up front.
( I realize that this has probably been discussed to death but still...)

It is kind of a funny turn for an airline who has such a nice livery...

I think its all to do with the markerting... they want lo-cost traffic without damaging the company itself if you see what i mean!

Does anyone have any idea what the callsign is yet??

Baby flights are currently using 'Midland' and the ICAO 3 letter designator BMA, but can be differentiated from mainline bmi as they have 4 number flight numbers, starting with the number 5XXX .

From April 1st, the call sign will become 'Baby' and will use the 3 letter designator BMI.

Considering the airline is a half baked idea, its probably best that the scheme is 99% white... easy to paint over when they decide to focus on Business at London Heathrow again.

FYI half the Baby fleets will be Fokker 70's and 100's which wont be painted.

Greetings from Hong Kong.... a subsidiary of China Inc.

Now that Mama Air 737 is just plane sexy... Nothing like a sharp purple arousing the eye against the grey London sky... And the yellow - it would be a good contrast if the shades didn't clash too much... Poor 737 - they were never intended to be treated this way...
