Airline&Contract Fuelers

Wed Mar 27, 2002 5:14 pm

Hi, I was hoping I could get a comparison of pay rates and benefits for fueling in different stations and with different companies.
Thanks in advance,

I'm talking about different stations and different companies. I.e. working for an airline, or a contract company. Also starting pay rates for different stations. Thanks.

I work for a contract fueler here in Hawaii. The average fueler makes about $15.00 an hour. Starting pay is in the $11 to $12 range. No pay ceiling has been established by my company for fuelers. I make close to $20.00 an hour. Some benefits my company provides: paid medical for me and my family, 401K, profit sharing, pretty much the usual stuff. What about you, mike?
