"Tritanic Attitude" Of The MD-11

Is it me or on my last pond crossing did i see a noticible nose high ptich attitude during level cruise on the MD-11 like you would see on the L-1011.

I think that's the way they normally fly and if I'm not mistaken the 747 has a similar upward pitch at cruise.
