When a new CEO takes over a company, I think it is best for him to choose people he/she is comfortable working with, or selects themselves. So far, I like this David Siegel. He is not wasting any time making changes to a company that has needed it badly for years. This could be an amazing story as Continental was if all these changes at US Airways is able to turn around the company and it be profitable again some day.
