Hey, what WAS the deal with that SAA agreement - JFK-Lagos on SAA equipment but with a Nigeria Airways code; or what?

And, are ALL of Nigeria's planes as dull-looking as the one in the picture, or is it just because that one is leased (rushed paint job)?

Thanks. I like African carriers; I hope Ghana Airways manages to stay aloft.
Pancakes are delicious.

What terminal does Nigeria Airways operate from at JFK? Still with SAA at T3?

SAA cancelled the JNB-LOS-JFK 743 route due to heavy losses.

I dumped at the gybe mark in strong winds when I looked up at a Porter Q400 on finals. Can't stop spotting.

The old Nigeria Airways code share service operated with an SAA 747-300 from JFK to LOS and onto JHB.

Not sure which terminal they are operating from now. Since there is no cooperation with SAA, they might move back to Terminal 4.

The aircraft (leased from Air Atlanta Icelandic) looks dull because it has not been repainted since it was aquired from Virgin Atlantic - the red and purple areas have just been removed.

They could have made the tail fin 'N' logo a bit bigger.
