CARTS, MINOR DAMAGE WAS REPORTED, OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES ARE UNKNOWN, NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED, LOS ANGELES, CA.


What would an ambulance be doing near a gate and would it not be under an escort?
