If AA lost $500+ million, the what will UAL lose for the quarter??

Fortunetly it won't be that bad but it will still definetly be bad.
My quess would be around the same as AA?

My guess is around $280 million operational, $325 million after special items. Loss, of course.

Remember that 4th quarter, AA lost like $700 million, and UA lost around $375 million.

anyway you cut it, it's a lot of money.

I am curious though, would most of the loss be contributed to the stigma that UAL and AMR was involved in the WTC thus avoiding those two carriers or because people overall are afriad to fly as well as the economy not performing well?
