Hkgspotter-Somebody told me in my topic a few days ago that ZS-SBK, and SBS have already been sold to Air France, and they are being operated by South African on a lease back deal. These 2 747-400s are the only ones in SAA's fleet with GE engines as opposed to the regular RR of SAA. I know at least one of these 747s was originally a Phillipine Airlines order, so SAA is getting rid of them due to non-standardization in the fleet. I have no idea how long it has been since they were sold or when Air France will actually take them.
