Air France's A340-200's

Sat Sep 11, 1999 8:17 am

What did AF do with their A340-200's? Did they trade them in for the A340-300's? Also...what was the highest number of operating A340-200's that they had at any time?

Thanks much,

They gave them back to Airbus who leased two of them to AOM and one to Air Tahiti Nui. Air France replaced these with more A340-300s. The planes are all pretty old from '93-'94 and are linenumbers 31, 38 and 43. The777Man

You're right The777Man.

They bought new A340-313E instead.
