BA YUL-LHR "eqv" I Thought It Was Always A 777?

Wed Apr 24, 2002 11:44 pm

Hi. I was looking throught a BA timetable (ended March 30th- I got the last copy) and for the YUL-LHR LHR-YUL route it says "EQV". I thought that they always used a 777 on that route and I was really looking forward for my July 2nd trip on BA YUL-LHR!

So are you suggesting it's not a 777 on LHR-YUL-YUL-LHR?

I think I read somewhere that the 744 was used/is to be used soon, maybe once or twice, throughout quite a long time-span, so that EQV may mean 99.5 % 777, 0.5% 744.

BA is 777 on 99% of flights to YUL, 744's are used only when the need arises.

On some days the 777 is swapped for a Biman Bangladesh DC10.  Big grin

 Big thumbs up
