New Nordic Airlink MD-80

Mon Apr 29, 2002 2:37 pm

Nordic Airlink seems to have added a new MD-80 (SE-DMT). Does anybody know how many MD-80's they are planning to operate?
Thanks, 717fan

Do you have more details on SE-DMT (previous owner, cn etc)? I photographed it at BCN one week ago.

No, I have no information, but once it was reported that they will buy ex-TF-MDA from Icelandic MD Airlines..but it could also be an ex-SAS aircraft (I am not sure, but I think they has once a SE-DMT).

Short SE-DMT history

SE-DMT (Nordic Airlink)
TF-MDA (MD Airlines)
SE-DMT (SAS 1st owner)

SE-DMT's original owner was Swissair, to whom it was delivered in 1980 (HB-IND, c/n 48003) . SAS took it in 1997.
