COMPLETE WHINGER

He obviously likes something coz he seems to fly them an awful lot. Perhaps he just likes being a whinger. Not worth my time looking at the site.

Dear oh dear....
I bet this guy is amazing to talk to at parties. I was so shocked to read that there were other DL aircraft infront of his at Atlanta. How dare they!
I think I might sue him for emotional distress, I was having a great day until I read this!!
He really needs to get a life, and take a moment to look at the beautiful things around him.
Nuff said.

Dazed767,
This guy talks about his wife and kids in one incident - so I think he maybe a little older than 15. Unless of course he IS aged 15 with wife and kids, which makes his reports even more credible......

How could someone sue because their plane DIDN'T crash?

It's very uninteresting. He lives near Atlanta so most of the time he has no choice but to fly Delta. I don't think he's going to accomplish much by dedicating his time & money to maintaining this website.

Kjet12, What You Asked For

Sun May 05, 2002 3:44 am

Our website man made his point. And it's valid. As far as American airlines is concerned, (in general, not the airline), whow, they are far behind their European and Asian competition. Our man made his point.

You know what his problem is? He is forced to fly Delta, and pay their ticket prices, no not b/c Delta rules the "market" but because he wants a one seat flight from point to point in the South. He could pay more, or fly a different carrier with stops, but he does not want to do this. I mean, the "incidents" he writes of happens at every single airline. His findings are totally inconclusive, and there is no objectivity to his website. He could simply rename the website XXXairlines sucks, and it could bear the same material, and still hold true. He is just a bitter person, who has too much time, and who is fed up with paying Delta's high fares to their "control" cities in the south. From what I saw, if he actually flew the flights under the inconvenience section, there are quite a few ATL-EWR flights, which he could have flown on CO, AA (stop in ORD), FL etc... He probably racks up DL miles, but then complains about them. What he needs to do is fly all the other airlines as much as he flys Delta, and he will see they're not any better.

What I found most interesting was that these so-called "incidents" involve flights which departed one to five minutes late, and "started our takeoff roll 20 minutes late". Hey, that doesn't sound too bad to me; these same flights probably arrived just on time. There were some legitimate claims of miscommunication, but of course this happens from time to time in any large company. The one story on the forum about the disabled people getting fired, the crooked lawyers, and the evil SLC agent bothered me somewhat though. But I realize this was only one side of the story. Like I said earlier, though, incidents like this happen in all large companies from time to time. It doesn't make it a bad company, does it?

I sent them an E-mail:
"If Delta's service dosn't meat your high standards try starting your own airline; I'de like to see how far you'd get. In the meantime: grow up, and stop whining!"

It will be interesting to see if I a reply.
That guy really has problems!

I'd be curious to know if you got a reply, as I don't believe the site has been updated in a while. Most of the links (the "incidents") don't even work.
