You know what his problem is? He is forced to fly Delta, and pay their ticket prices, no not b/c Delta rules the "market" but because he wants a one seat flight from point to point in the South. He could pay more, or fly a different carrier with stops, but he does not want to do this. I mean, the "incidents" he writes of happens at every single airline. His findings are totally inconclusive, and there is no objectivity to his website. He could simply rename the website XXXairlines sucks, and it could bear the same material, and still hold true. He is just a bitter person, who has too much time, and who is fed up with paying Delta's high fares to their "control" cities in the south. From what I saw, if he actually flew the flights under the inconvenience section, there are quite a few ATL-EWR flights, which he could have flown on CO, AA (stop in ORD), FL etc... He probably racks up DL miles, but then complains about them. What he needs to do is fly all the other airlines as much as he flys Delta, and he will see they're not any better.
