Dutch Connie Successful On First Test Flight

Fri May 10, 2002 7:57 am

The Dutch Constellation Group has successfully test
flown its restored Lockheed 749 Constellation at Avian,
Arizona.

The Connie, in her polished natural metal skin, successfully went through her taxi, takeoff, flight and landing without any reported problems.

Congratulation to the Dutch of Aviodome for their
excellent restoration efforts and first test flight.
