Oman Air Goes To Beirut

Wed May 15, 2002 4:52 pm

After having recently launched operations to Zanzibar and Dar-es-Salaam, Oman Air (WY) will be starting flying to Beirut (its 16th destination) on 6 June.

WY will operate B737 NG three times weekly to Beirut: Departure from Muscat (at 10:30 AM) every Saturday, Monday and Thursday. Arrival Beirut at 02:50 PM. This new destination is expected to prove popular.

The airline is also planning to start operations to Mombassa on 13 June.

To help keeping the expansion pace, an additional B737 NG will join the airline's fleet by May-end.

I am still trying to get additional and accurate information about the lease of a single B767 and two A330s. I should be able to post an update soon...

The sky has no limit...
