Inflight Excercise For Long-Hauls!

For those of you that spend too much time at the desk like me. Avoid desk/work syndrome at all costs!!!

Just thought you'd like to take a look at this excercise from ANA!  Wow!  Wow!

KLM has a similar one of this guy who is in a coach seat on a fake set so he has about 40 feet of leg room (literally). And he has this "I'm gonna kill you!" look on his face, the whole thing kinda scared me.

I think delta has improved even in the last year

my experiences in the last year of pond crossings have been:

ATL-CDG DL 777 disapointed with the size of my steak, but they brought me another one

CDG-IAD UA 777 seemed roomier, more attention to service, bigger meal but not as tasty

ATL-LGW DL MD-11 same small steak good service, fairly attentive

LGW-BOS DL 767 GREAT SERVICE, didndt feel like a sardine on the 76
