Allegiant Air MD87's.

Thu May 30, 2002 3:50 am

San Angelo Texas has been getting charter flights from Allegiant Air lately, now this is exciting for me, cause San Angelo gets nothing but American Eagle Saab's. I was ponderiong though, were did Allegiant get these two MD87's from, what airline flew these two aircraft before they got a new home with Allegiant?

Ford Motor company originally had both of Allegiant's MD-87s and after Ford, the US Marshall Service had the aircraft. Then Allegiant bought them.

Actually I forgot to mention these aircraft were delivered first to Midway Airlines and then Ford got them, then US Marshalls, now Allegiant. Sorry about that.
