Well, I am writing a trip report with photos, so hopefully SQ will excel themselves here. I do fear though (based on my experience up to now) that the cabin will look like something out of 'Planet of the Apes' with the total lack of professionalism displayed thus far! Luckily I managed to get a cheap upgrade from my original Y class booking - if I had spent £3k on BA and had received this service I would have been straight on the phone to Mr Eddington to tell him what was wrong with his airline!!!
