All the information you need to learn more:

Incidentally, you say you saw a regional jet in PA's colors...are you talking about the blue globe and full PA livery..? I don't know of any RJ that PA or Guilford Transportation owns..the commercial fleet is made up of 727-200s, as well as J-31s and CASA-212s (the latter two operated by Boston-Maine Airways as "Pan Am Clipper Connection"). What type of RJ was it?

Actually, let me correct myself...the CASA 212s are not operated as PA Clipper Connection. They are freight haulers that *are* operated by Boston-Maine.

Guilford Transportation Industries Bought The Rights of Pan Am under a Plan of Reorganization approved
by a Miami, Florida Bankruptcy Court judge in June of 1998 and Restarted Pan Am With 727s. The Destinations Pan Am Serve are little who knows were kinda cities like Portsmouth NY (their Hub) or Atlantic City NJ but that might all change because Pan Am is Expanding to more places in the south like Puerto Plata and San Juan

Pan Am currently serves the following destinations (or will by the end of June)...

Mainline Service:
Baltimore, Maryland/BWI
Bangore, Maine/BGR
Freeport, the Bahammas/FPO
Miami, Floirda/MIA
Newark, New Jersey/EWR
Portsmouth, New Hampshire/PSM
Puerto Plata, Domincan Republic/POP
Punta Cana, Domnican Republic/PUJ
San Juan, Puerto Rico/SJU
Sanford, Florida/SFB (near Orlando)
Santiago, Dominican Republic/STI
St. Peterberg, Florida/PIE (near Tampa)

Clipper Connection Service, operate by Boston-Maine Airways:
Atlantic City, New Jersey/ACY
Baltimore, Maryland/BWI
Cumberland, Maryland
Hagerstown, Maryland
Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts
Miami, Florida/MIA
Newark, New Jersey/EWR
Naples, Florida/APF
Sanford, Florida/SFB
St. Petersberg, Florida/PIE
White Plains, New York/HPN

Very recently they flew to Allentown, Pennsylvania; Worcester, Mass.; and St. Louis/Mid-America, Missouri. Service to Gary, Indiana will be ending shortly. They also used to serve Pittsburgh. Thier newest destinations...Miami (launched Thursday) and Newark (28 June) show that Pan Am is straying away from secondary airports to bigger hubs, which is a good sign. In July they will link, for the first time, two major airports with new service between Miami and San Jose, Costa Rica (in other words it's thier first service that does originate or terminate in a secondary airport). They also have big plans for the Dominican Republic, where they plan to build an extensive network of flights to Latin America, which will connect with flights to Newark, Miami, Sanford, and San Juan. They also plan to operate a number of Latin American flights out of Miami.
