Now a change, at the orders group it is reported that this rumour (or however you want to call it) was announced during a Lufthansa Investors (?) meeting only a few days ago. This could cover short-term capacity gaps and would allow LH to increase operations at its Munich hub faster than expected plus potentially a few additional long-hauls out of FRA. And this could be a part-replacement of the A340-200s. Let´s see and wait, how manyof the SIA ships are still available? Maybe this is the surprise LH was talking about a few months ago.
