London City -> Oxford Kidlington?

Spotted on BBC Ceefax flight arrivals this a.m. was a flight number-coded `LXN' from Oxford-Kidlington to London City.
Whats this?

Private flight - usually if a flight plan is filed it will appear on arrival and departure information boards etc..

Must be a twin to fly into LCY, although they do let singles in at a push, gotta hold over the Thames though while waiting for a landing clearance in a single, you're stuffed if the engine conks out!
