American carriers are still losing money on the transatlantic runs. So expansion will primarily be on the most important markets, the big hubs of Europe (LHR; FRA; CDG etc). Secondary markets will hopefully follow, but years from now.
Things are not looking that good for Stockholm-Arlanda at the moment. Sri Lankan has stated that they are returning at the earliest three years from now (if ever). Air China hasn?t launched their 4th weekly flight yet (as were discussed for this autumn). SK is not planning any new transcontinental flights from ARN and DL, LY, EI, RO, LZ are not returning for the time being.
