Hmmm, took a while to download!

It appears to me to be a CRJ-700 (in flight test colors).

It is a Bombardier BD-700 Global Express owned by G.E. Capital.

Its A Global Express

This is absolutely, unequivocally a Global Express. The easiest way to tell between the Global Express and the CRJ700 is the engines. The Global Ex uses the BR engines while the CRJ uses the GE CF34-8.

Isn't the tail different to the CRJ-700 too?

I'm fairly sure the CRJ-700 has an APU at the rear end - where is it on this GEx?
