American International Airways is a charter airline. So basically they could fly almost anywhere from IND. I know that they do have cargo ops with an L-10-11 to CLE, and fly charter passenger service with 2 747-100's and 2 L-10-11-200's. In my Airways North American Airlines Handbook, it does not give any specific details of cities regularly served. If you really want to find out though, you could try mailing them a letter. I can give you the address if you want.
