The intention was to take over additional EX-Sabena A330's that have been in storage since Sabena's bankruptcy 9 November.

Last week news came out that Air Greenland (ex-Greenlandair) will lease an ex-Sabena A330-200 (OO-SFP) starting in the winter for a period of 5 years.

Just recently Lufthansa has ordered 10 brand new A330-300's that will be delivered in January 2004. Since Lufthansa at the moment is suffering a capacity shortage, as an interim, they will be leasing 2 ex-Sabena A330-200's (OO-SFT, OO-SFU) as well as the 4 A340's (OO-SCW/X/Y/Z)
This leaves Delsey Airlines with only one (and for the moment the only) option:

The question was asked (by the owners) if Delsey was interested but no definite answer was given, so it became Air Greenland and Lufthansa
