AirBerlin Starts City-Shuttle

Fri Sep 06, 2002 1:28 am

Hi everyone,

I've just read that Air Berlin will strike back vs. all new german No Frills Carrier. They start with their new City-Shuttle to four european destinations. It will be London (Stansted), Barcelona, Vienna and Milan-Bergamo.

Fares will start from EUR 39 (One Way) incl. all fees and taxes. They will operate the City-Shuttle from seven german cities. Dortmund, Munster/Osnabruck, Paderborn-Lippstadt, Dusseldorf, Hamburg,Nurnberg and Berlin.

They'll operate by their 737-400 (167 seats) and 737-800 (184 seats) fleet

I think that's a good alternative to travel from germany to those four destinations, it's a really good fare. What do you think?

The article is just available in german, sorry
