KLM 74M - Is This A -300 Or -400?

Fri Sep 06, 2002 1:33 am

I was just wondering about flights from AMS to the US, using 74Ms; are these aircraft mostly -300s or -400s. I am assuming it is -300s, with the -400s being left to longer routes.

However, can anyone give a brief rundown on the routes the 743s NORMALLY fly (I appreciate of course that -400s might well be substituted on some days, for operational reasons).

Not sure about JFK. I flew JFK-AMS-JFK in February 2002 and both legs were -300s.

74C = 742 combi
74D = 743 combi
74E = 744 combi
74M = all combi models

so 74M can be 742, 743 or 744 combi
