Hello,

They did the same thing here at SAN and discontinued are popular PVR route. It looks like they are consentrating on more business routes then leisure probably because of their intensified relations with DL. I believe the MSY flight was to CUN, right? Thank goodness AM kept their SAN-SJD-MEX route because we need as many Int'l routes as possible. Competing with LAX is impossible! Oh well, I can always go to TIJ!

I noticed increased AeroMexico frequecies to ATL & LAX.

Hello Steve O,

I often wondered why AF does not operate CDG-MSY?
That seems like such an obvious route.

As far as AM goes, they did serve MSY-CUN nonstop. As far as Air France goes, I have no idea. One would think that a once or twice weekly flight would do wonderful. Airlines these days seEm to be concentrating more on code-sharing. It's a shame, because a city with all the french culture like New Orleans certainly needs a nonstop to Paris. Air Canada started service here last october, and the flight to YYZ is doing great. Just got upgraded to an Airbus froma DC-9.

Actually, MSY does need a nonstop to Europe. IAH has too many.
